On day 2, Marc Farley, Nigel Poulton, Enrico Signoretti and myself took a stroll across the Discover Zone floor for a chat and look around.  As it turned out, we didn’t see much (well no) technology, but you can get the feel and buzz of the event from this post.  In addition Nigel was well and truly suckered by the magician at the Alcatel Lucent stand.  I caught some of this on film; afterwards he managed to take a $10 bill and extract it from a whole lemon.  Check them out!

You could say that! Nigel was well and truly fooled with the magic. The guy was very good; I haven’t gone back and slow-mo’d the video to work out where his sleight of hand was, but it was pretty impossible to spot.
